How much does it cost to build a custom home?

Prices can vary greatly, although a large majority of the homes we build fall in between $350-550 per square foot. Budgets are set based upon the type of home and design selections. We wok with each client in order to prepare a quote that fits within their budget.

How long does the new construction process take? 

The entire process from beginning to end typically takes roughly 16 months - 3-4 months for architecture and design, 2 months for permitting, and 10 months for construction 

Do you provide financing for new construction? 

We do not, but we work with several lenders that can loan up to $10 million for qualified buyers.  

Can you help us find a lot to build on?  

Yes, if you do not already have a lot to build on, we can help you find one. 

How involved will I be in the process? 

This is completely up to you - you can be involved in every aspect of the home build and design, or you can allow our team to design your dream home for you. 

Is there a minimum size home or cost? 

Since we focus solely on Custom Luxury homes, we prefer new construction homes to be 4,000 Sq Ft and larger. 

What areas do you service? 

We have a large network of contractors, and can build new homes as far north as New Port Richey all the way down to the St Pete Beach/Tierra Verde area. 

Can I bring my own floor plans? 

Yes, in many cases we can use floor plans and architectural plans from other architects.  

Do you do renovations? 

We will do renovations in some instances, depending on the budget and scope of work. 

Can you provide renders so that we can see what the home will look like? 

Yes, we do have the ability to provide high resolution, photo realistic images to show you exactly what the house will look like. Front and rear renders are included at no cost.
